Phuket weather is fairly predictable, obviously tropical with a “Green Season” where the Island can experience exceptionally heavy rain and intense thunderstorms. The main high season runs from the end of November usually until Songkran (Thai New Year) in mid-April. At this time there can be long periods of no rain and glorious sunshine everyday. The good news is the temperatures are very consistent with daily temperatures normally between 30-34C and overnight sometime dropping to 24-25C, even when the heavens open, it is still warm.
